NUCLEAR FORENSICS FELLOWSHIP 2022-2024
CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR FULL-TIME MASTER’S DEGREE FOR MOLDOVA AND SERBIA
STCU is pleased to announce the call for a new 2022-2024 Nuclear Forensics Fellowship. This competitive fellowship provides two years of funding to attend a master’s degree program in an area relevant to nuclear forensics (i.e., physics, chemistry, engineering, etc.). Selected fellows will also receive mentoring from a laboratory or university mentor in the area of nuclear forensics, a virtual mentor from a United States National Laboratory, and funding to attend two conferences per year to present research findings and broaden professional network. Upon completion of the fellowship, students contractually agree to work in the field of Nuclear Forensics for a period of two years in their country of citizenship.
Eligibility: The call is open to undergraduate students from Moldova and Serbia holding a Bachelor’s degree from a University. Candidates currently engaged in the final stages of a Bachelor’s degree should complete their studies before the end of this current academic year (2021-2022) or in the past, in order to be eligible for this fellowship. The fellowship is eligible for citizens of Moldova or Serbia only.

Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
After an initial screening based on applications, select candidates will be contacted for face-to-face (where possible, video link will be utilized) interviews in a place to be confirmed at a later date by the selection committee.
